Caitlyn Jenner accused of ‘blatant transphobia’ after sharing meme mocking herself and Rachel Levine

Caitlyn Jenner received backlash from fellow transgender activists after reposting a meme from Donald Trump Jr. depicting Jenner side by side with Assistant Health Secretary Rachel Levine, who is also transgender, with the caption “conservative girls vs. liberal girls.”

“It seems to hold true no matter what!!!! Conservative girls are just better looking… maybe that’s why the libs are always outraged for no reason,” Trump Jr. wrote as the caption for the meme contrasting Jenner’s looks with Levine’s.

Jenner ended up removing the post but not before screenshots of it spread on social media. Celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton reposted it. Actress Alexandra Billings, who is also transgender, slammed Jenner and accused her of “blatant transphobia” for sharing the post.

Billings is an outspoken critic of Jenner who is running for Governor of California as a Republican.

A Twitter user who is transgender and claims to be “queer, disabled and autistic” in their Twitter bio slammed Jenner as “causing harm” to the trans community.

Jenner received backlash from members of the transgender community earlier this month after saying she is against biological males competing in women’s sports. Jenner said it was an issue of “fairness.”

“This is a question of fairness,” Jenner told a TMZ reporter. “That’s why I oppose biological boys who are trans competing in girls sports in school. It just isn’t fair. And we have to protect girl sports in our schools.”

A new poll shows only six percent support Jenner for Governor of California. A whopping 76 percent say they’re “not inclined to support” her.

Several Republican candidates entered the race after Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom was recalled by voters earlier this month, with the election expected to occur later this year. The list of GOP candidates includes former San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer, Businessman John Cox, former Congressman Doug Ose, and former Olympian and Reality T.V. Star Caitlyn Jenner.
